Shipping Restrictions

In the US there are restrictions that vary by state and municipality on where Byrna Launchers, Byrna Max projectiles, and Byrna Pepper projectiles can be carried or used, markings that may be required, and other issues. Each customer is responsible for checking the law in his or her own state and municipality.

The shipping restrictions set forth below apply only to direct to consumer e-commerce sales and may not apply to sales by authorized local dealers in those states.

BYRNA MAX RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we do not ship any Byrna Max product to New York, Wisconsin, Michigan or California.

BYRNA PEPPER RESTRICTIONS

At this time, we do not ship any Byrna Pepper product to California and New York.

BYRNA 12 GAUGE ROUND RESTRICTIONS

Due to restrictions and state legislation we are unable to ship the Byrna Less-Lethal 12 Gauge Round to California, New York, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.

BYRNA BAD GUY REPELLENT RESTRICTIONS

Personal Defense Sprays are illegal in the following states: New York, Alaska and Hawaii. No Byrna BGR Products can be shipped to these states.

RESTRICTIONS BY PRODUCT SIZE:

BGR MAX 0.5 OZ

Cannot be shipped to New York, Alaska, Hawaii, Wisconsin, Washington DC and Michigan

BGR HELL PEPPER 0.5 OZ

Cannot be shipped to New York, Alaska and Hawaii.

BGR HELL PEPPER 2 OZ

Cannot be shipped to New York, Alaska, Hawaii and New Jersey.

CALIFORNIA PRODUCTS

- We currently ship the TCR-Tactical Compact Rifle, Mission 4 rifle, and Byrna KINETIC launchers and kits. They only contain Kinetic Solid and Eco Kinetic projectiles. They do not contain the chemical rounds.

- We cant ship ANY products to San Francisco.

- We do not offer legal advice. Each customer is responsible for checking the law in his or her own area before purchasing any products as state, county, and local regulations may vary. If you are unsure of the laws in your area, please seek legal counsel.

NEW YORK PRODUCTS

- We ship to New York State the Tactical Compact Rifle, Mission 4 rifle, and Byrna SD/SD XL kinetic Kits. We CAN NOT ship the MAX or PEPPER projectiles or PEPPER KITS to NY State.

- We do not currently ship ANY products to New York City (5-Boroughs and Yonkers.)

Return Policy

Products Ineligible for Return

All BGR - Bad Guy Repellent (Aerosol Spray) sales are final and not eligible for return.
Due to the critical nature of body armor, the Byrna Shield IIIA and Byrna Shield III+ are not eligible for return and refund.

Damaged Products Policy*

Byrna® launchers, Byrna Shields™, Byrna Banshees™ and Byrna launcher accessories and projectiles that are damaged or defective when received will be replaced at no charge to the customer. PSC will inspect all products before delivery for damages. Damages found may result in delayed delivery to ensure product return to manufacturer, and reshipment.

* This policy provides for replacement of goods that arrive damaged or defective upon inspection with new products at no cost to the customer. Defects or operational issues that arise after this period will be repaired in accordance with Byrna’s® standard limited factory warranty.

Change of Heart Policy

It is understood that from time to time a customer has a change of heart after placing an order. Any order cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Returns of shipped products are accepted if PSC is notified within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new and unused condition. All “change of heart” returns are subject to customer paying shipping costs to return to PSC.
